Kezban an der Rezeption, Vitoria vom Kundenservice, Sila aus der Casablanca Lobby Bar und Mazlum vom Rent-Car waren alle extrem freundlich, lieb und hilfsbereit. So ein Service macht den Urlaub perfekt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und stets bemüht. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und professionell. 「Séjour reposant, dans une résidence sympa. L’appartement est fonctionnel avec 2 chambres et une belle pièces de vie. Je recommande à toutes les personnes ayant besoin de repos. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Piscine pour se détendre avec transat. Parking disponible sur place. Le centre ville de belek est à 300 mètres à pied ou il y a plusieurs commerce café et restaurant. La mosquée n’est pas très loin aussi.」

「Wie waren das dritte mal hintereinander da. Leider mussten wir Gestellen, dass das Hotel abgebaut hat. Die Familienunterkünfte bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung. Zu allem Überfluss waren meine vor die Tür gestellten Schuhe (im Schuhschrank) plötzlich weg. Es war auch keiner bemüht sich drum zu kümmern. 」

「Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe.
