Check-in was a bit tough. The door code supplied was incorrect, it listed 14 digits to enter into the keyless door lock (14 digits, are you kidding!!) they did not work, tried 3-4 times. After calling the management company, they informed me that the first 4 digits were for the key lock box and the last 10 digits were for the door lock and that their software somehow combined the two on the check-in procedures. The 10 digits di open the door lock correctly, but why do you need 10 digits for a keyless door lock, you think 4 -6 would be more than enough. Other than this issue the property was very clean and nice to stay in.
