As you step inside this beautiful home, you are welcomed by a bright open plan living area that offers a comfortable living room, a bright kitchen and dining area with lots of seating. There is a patio off the living room with a BBQ and comfy outdoor lounge chairs. The large primary suite has a private patio and a large four-piece ensuite. On the lower floor guests will find a second sitting area, secondary bedroom suite with a large ensuite and a guest room. Both bedrooms have king sized beds and private access to the lower patio.

Explore nearby Donner Lake or the world-famous Lake Tahoe for outdoor recreation and downtown Truckee is a must visit! - In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are highly recommended. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.
