Beautiful home, amazing location.Host interaction was very suboptimal, especially given the price. The fireplace wasn't working, we had difficulty accessing the garage, and there were no instructions for the entertainment (DVD player wasn't working). We tried multiple times to get in touch with the host Vacasa through text and calling, and the responses were delayed and not helpful (very generic). We also needed help getting in when we arrived. Even though we arrived an hour after check in, we saw the cleaners leave the house, and the key code to the front door wasn't working (no battery). This could've been verified ahead of time.
