The Space:

Welcome to your ideal mountain getaway! This modern and inviting one-bedroom condo is the perfect basecamp for year-round fun, surrounded by the tranquility of the woods. It’s an excellent retreat for couples, solo travelers, or small families.

NPOA RECREATION CENTER ACCESS:

As our guest, you have access to the NPOA Recreation Center, just a short stroll or shuttle ride away. Please note that access requires the NPOA Guest Access Badges (provided in the unit) and a daily fee of $10 per person (ages 5+). Amenities vary by season and include:

Swimming Pools & Hot Tubs: A large, outdoor heated pool (seasonal) and three year-round hot tubs.

Fitness Center: A well-appointed, year-round gym with men's and women's locker rooms, each including a sauna.

Game Room: Entertainment for all ages.

Outdoor Courts (Summer): Tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and bocce ball.

Lounge & Playground: A comfortable member lounge and a playground/BBQ area for families.

In winter, Northstar transforms into a skier’s paradise with over 3,000 acres of skiable terrain, meticulously groomed runs, and a modern lift system. Your condo offers true ski-in/ski-out convenience — no parking lots or shuttle rides, just grab your gear and go.

In summer, the mountain becomes a haven for hikers and mountain bikers. The Northstar Bike Park is renowned across California, offering thrilling downhill trails, scenic cross-country routes, and lift-serviced riding for all levels.

Stroll through the Village at Northstar to enjoy boutique shopping, local dining, live music, and family-friendly activities like roller skating, mini-golf, and bungee trampolines. The 9,000 sq. ft. rink at the center of the Village hosts skating year-round; ice in winter and wheels in summer, with equipment rentals available plus seasonal s’mores by the fire pits.

Getting Around:

The Northstar Village Transit offers free shuttle service throughout the Village and Northstar resort area during the open seasons, making it easy to get around. Everything is within reach, whether you're heading to the lifts, the lodge, the Recreation Center, or simply exploring the Northstar Resort property. The shuttle stop is just outside the building, in less than a minute's walk. Download the Northstar Village Transit app to your mobile device to call a shuttle. Service area and hours are also noted within the app.



Other Things to Note:

Terms & Conditions: Upon booking, you will receive our standard check-in form and Terms & Conditions. You must sign and agree to these terms prior to arrival.

NPOA Rec Center Fee Reimbursement: As a bonus, we will reimburse the NPOA daily fee for ONE (1) day per registered guest. Simply pay the fee upon entry, request a receipt, and email it to us. A Visa e-gift card will be sent to you within 15-30 days.

No Daily Housekeeping: This is a vacation rental, not a hotel. Daily maid service is not provided. A shared laundry facility is available for your use.

Noise Awareness: This is a multi-unit building. While generally quiet, you may hear ambient noise from neighbors. We appreciate your mindfulness.

No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in the region, this unit does not have A/C. Fans and operable windows are provided for your comfort during warmer months.

Wildlife: You are in the mountains! Please do not leave food or trash outside, and keep doors and windows closed when you are away to prevent encounters with wildlife.

Wi-Fi: Robust Wi-Fi is provided. Please be aware that, as is common in mountain areas, severe storms can occasionally impact service.
