TOT 445. This place has everything! Spa, plunge pool, 8 persons sauna, 8 persons steam room, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, full size bar, TV`s in bedrooms, great room with 22` ceilings, fireplaces and panoramic views that are amazing!

To accommodate couples, 8 bedroom are master with en-suite bathroom and a KING size bed. In addition, some of the bedrooms also have FULL beds. There is also a 9th room with a 2 FULL size beds.

This property has the best views you can ever find! Convineintly located across the street from Tahoe Donner Ski Area and just 200 yards from Glacier Park with miles and miles of trails. See all that green on the map, well that`s the National Forest with pristine air. This property is TAHOE!

As guest at North-Tahoe Villa you will have access to the entire property.

The host can be easily contacted via SMS or tel.

The property is located in Tahoe Donner, which is within Town of Truckee with its historic downtown featuring many restaurants, art galleries and shops.

This property has a full spa area with sauna, steam room, cold water plunge and hot tub not the deck.
Town of Truckee occupancy limit for this property is 20 guests. Children 12 and under are not counted for occupancy limit. All rentals require a rental agreement and Tahoe Donner rules to be acknowledged, that will be sent through DocuSign for e-signatures.
Events, weddings, civil unions, parties are not allowed at this property.
Street parking is not allowed for short term rental. 8 vehicles maximum at this property with 3 being parked in garage.
RV`s and commercial vehicles are not allowed at this property.
Exterior light that are not needed must be turned off at 10 PM.
Music or amplified sound is not allowed to be played outside anytime.
Exterior signs, sallows, lights, decorations are not allowed at this property.
Driveway, garage and exterior deck are monitored with exterior cameras equipped with recording device.
All rentals are required to complete and sign a rental agreement that will be sent to the primary tenant through DocuSign.
Trip cancellation or trip travel protection is highly recommended and is available for 6.9% of the booking amount.

The house was the perfect size for our large group of golfers. The home is a little dated and definitely used, but overall was very comfortable. The cold plunge was not cold, but the sauna rooms were fantastic. The communication with the owners was great, they were very attentive and communicated quickly, even during the power outage.

We had a family gathering and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is very well maintained and stocked. Having so many bathrooms was a nice luxury. Communication with the property manager was smooth as he always responded quickly, and we didn't have to do all the cleaning that other properties require (just taking trash to garage). I would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again.

Great house for family gatherings

This is a great house for a large family and friend gathering. Lots of living space for everyone. A dining table that fits 20 people. House was clean. Check in process was easy. There were plenty of linens, paper towels, trash bags, etc for our stay which was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Great view. Three large garages with middle garage tall enough to fit a truck. Plenty of parking. We stayed during the fall in the snow which was awesome but house would be great in the summer too with all the outdoor deck space. A couple things that could use improvement are: dishwasher wheels were missing which made it hard to use, bar area ice maker and fridge weren’t working. Overall a great house and we look forward to renting again in the future! Definitely recommend.

Property was large, spacious, cozy and clean. Neighborhood is quiet with excellent views. Rooms and bathrooms were large. Kitchen is large as well with more than enough equipment to prepare for a large group.

Graduation- Family Reunion

The place is like a mountain lodge. Eight nice sized bedrooms, the view is amazing. We did not use the jacuzzi, plunge pool or sauna. Great place for entertaining. Does need some TLC. Door locks, several fireplaces, some lights did not work as well as coolers in bar downstairs. A few bedrooms had some spider issues, but it’s the mountains. Main deck needs to be redone. But overall was a great weekend for friends and family. Good hiking in the area as well! Relatively close to downtown Truckee for bars/restaurants.

Stay at Skislope Way During Thunder Snow

We had a great time staying at Vladimir's Home on Skislope Way. The house was very spacious and comfortable for our large group. Every room & bathroom in the house was gorgeous and had plenty of room. Unfortunately we stayed here during a historic snowfall event (10' of snow in 5 days) and Skislope Way is the last road the town plows during snowfall. As such, we were unable to leave the house for the majority of our stay and the clearing service could not make it to us to clear the driveway/decks of snow. There luckily were shovels in the garage for us to use to dig out the cars, driveway, and doors ourselves. The hot tub, sauna, and pool table were also great amenities to enjoy. Vladimir was very responsive throughout our stay which was helpful in the situation.

Wonderful home for large group

The views from the house were stunning. The home was very clean although heavily used. The kitchen had enough pots and pans to cook for a large group and also plenty of dishes. The pool table was nice. Some of the dining room chairs had tape applied to the seats due to rips. The couch is falling in one corner. Some of the advertised amenities weren’t working or available. There were no patio heaters. The jets on the hot tub couldn’t be used due to low water levels. The plunge pool water fall wasn’t working. There was no espresso maker and the beverage cooler in the bar wasn’t working. The light over the entry stairs was out and wasn’t fixed even after contacting the host. This made the long stairway dangerous especially for my 84 year old parents.

Our group had an excellent stay at the Skislope Villa. The property is located at the top of a hill with excellent views of Truckee and very convenient to downtown restaurants, coffee shops and nearby hiking trails. The home is perfect for a large group, excellently appointed. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are extremely comfortable (all members of our group slept soundly which is rare!) gorgeous bathrooms with full showers etc. We enjoyed making meals in the commercial equipped kitchen. 10/10 and would stay again.
