No parking they told me to park on the street and no laundry , only to towels for a week and the builder it is under remodelación , very strong smell

The room had a terrible smell. Like an old smell. The trash hadn’t been changed and there was a red stain on a lunge chair in the room. I assume it was a menstrual stain. Gross!
