「My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at the Renata Boutique Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was so friendly, courteous and happy to help, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal.
The breakfast was amazing. Everything we tried tasted delicious, and it became something we looked forward to each morning. It was a lovely way to start the day and a real highlight of our stay.
Our room was beautifully clean and well...

「I like the hotel because it’s was nice and close to where I was going.
And it’s nice and clean.
But the staff especially a guy named Ali was really rude and unprofessional in his attitude towards me when I asked him something. And the window was making a big noise all night. I had reported it to the staff when I checked out.」

「The hotel staff are EXCELLENT, super nice, super friendly, they speak multiple languages, they helped me through losing my phone on the first day of my trip and i got it back!!! Even the cleaning staff is amazing. Breakfast is good, room is good, hotel is nice, clean, bed comfy, however, the location is not close to any public transportation and you need to walk around 15 min to catch a bus.」
