“Just like always very very clean rooms”

“I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy. As someone with sensitive lungs this REALLY made it hard to sleep. I ended up having……

“Convenient location, clean hôtel, safe aérea, nice staff. I will go back.”

“This is incredibly frustrating, my flight was delayed, even though I had paid a deposit on the room, I got in 12 hours later than expected. When I checked in, they told me that they not only charged me, but that they gave my room away. Neither a refund nor solution was given. So not helpful, I called Expedia and they told me it was up to the discretion of the hotel. NOT A VERY GOOD AREA, either. I believe it was the owner who is at the front desk, so word to the wise… STAY AWAY”

“Clean room, pet friendly”

“There was things under the couch and sink I Couldn't identify, objects that I could not reach and didn't really want to. I spilled some lemonade on the floor accidently. I used a hand towel to clean it up and the towel was black. It was obvious the floor had not been mopped. The light in the bathroom was out. Water pressure was very poor. Bath faucet was loose, shower had two settings and sounded like a jet taking off in both. Ancient toilet, very low, had to push the handle down and hold it……

“I keep coming back to this Best Western when I'm in Spartanburg. From comfortable bed, well appointed Breakfast Bar to small outdoor pool and clean rooms. Always a great stay.”

“Room was clean. Good location. Parking can be a little tight in front of the rooms.”

“Very difficult to find after dark”

“We stayed here one year ago and all was good but on this trip we were given a room with a foul odor that smelled like wet carpet. The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty and the TV didn’t work. Thankfully there was other rooms available and the staff was more than helpful to give us another room. The only other issue was that the breakfast was not good at all and food that should have been kept warm was cold. We probably will not be back to this location again.”

“The place was extremely dirty. Went to the store and bought bed sheets. Ran into someone that had stayed two years ago and they commented this hotel is not the same as the place I stayed in the past. I was surprised that it was so poorly kept since my experience with this brand had been good in the past.”
