"The service was top-notch. The rooms were clean, and they cleaned the rooms every day. Location was at the center of downtown, and everything was within walking distance. "
"The hotel was in a quiet part of the city. There were mini-supermarkets nearby and the pool was a bit touch, even though it was still cold in May. The breakfast was great, even though it was served later than usual and the cook bent over backwards to make sure that she made us something we'd enjoy. The only thing I'd warn you about is the fact that there are a lot of steps leading from the street to the hotel and no lift, so if you're disabled, as I am, you'd struggle. But the hotel staff, again, did their best to help us with this and I can't fault them for this. "

"This hotel is one of a kind. There has never been a place I stayed that welcomed me as part of their family. The staff is the reason that this hotel is so wonderful, Big Shout Out to Sirik, Vika, and Armine; these 3 incredible ladies who took care of me for 14 days, making me feel at home. I have not been to Armenia for 17 years and this was my first time in so many years. P.S. The food made by Armine was heavenly. I will say that there is nowhere in Yerevan where you can find such a beautiful team that will take care of you as you are part of their own family. Thank you all so much! I will miss you all until my next visit. "
