"Equipe boa, porém o hotel está mal cuidado. Falta investimento do proprietário. Colchão péssimo. O banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto e ralo estava entupido. Café da manhã de pouca qualidade. Falta uma cafeteira para os hóspedes. Há uma criação de galinhas na entrada."

"Reserve una cabaña familiar de 8 personas y al llegar al sitio me dicen que tengo asignada solo una habitación para 6 personas. Ni la señora encargada de las cabañas, ni expedía, ni yo pudimos contactarnos con la dueña. Muy irresponsable de su parte. Nos vimos obligado a buscar una cabaña en temporada ..."

"A good cabin in the mountains with very good hiking etc nearby. It was a bit hard to find as the address in the Hotels.com is inaccurate and the sign was missing.
