    This single‑story waterfront home offers a comfortable, easygoing layout designed for relaxation after a day on the water. Step outside and enjoy your private dock and hot tub, perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or a soothing soak under the stars. Enjoy complimentary use of the kayaks and paddle boards. 🛶🌊 Life vests will be available for use. Guests are welcome to try their luck crabbing or fishing right from the dock. Crab trap included for guests.

This Mystic Island home had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with great cookware and everything you need to have a meal in, if you so desire. Everything was clean and comfortable.The screened porch is a stand-out with plenty of room and comfortable seating, facing the lagoon. The outdoor space is fantastic too with the hot tub, beautiful deck and dock, lots of seating and plenty to do in the warmer weather (kayaks, paddleboards and more)! Katelyn, the host, was so quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more!We hope to return for another stay soon!
