“Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. “The room was clean, typical amenities, except for having controls over the ac/heat. When i checked in i was informed they control the temperature in the room which, i found was not comfortable for me. I would not stay in the room in the summer months since i was informed they keep the temperature at 80 during the day.
