Find yourself conveniently close to countless scenic hiking trails and less than a dozen miles from the Arizona National Golf Club, Trail Dusty Town, the Gaslight Theatre, and the Tucson Botanical Gardens. If you want to cool off after days on the trails, slip into the community pool for a refreshing swim.

Step inside this spacious and sunlit home and discover a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen complete with a suite of high-end stainless steel appliances and an island with counter seating. Dine together at the nearby table - perfect for family game nights - or head out into the screened, shaded, and furnished patio for an alfresco experience with the aid of your very own gas grill.

Back indoors, meet up for movie nights in the main living area where you can stream all your favorite channels into the evening - don't forget the popcorn!

For sleeping options, take your pick from four plush bedrooms including one primary room with an en suite bathroom and another that converts into a private home office.

This property also includes a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property is beautiful. House is great. We had repeated issues with the air conditioning breaking and challenges getting quick responses. With that said, the responses were normal for Arizona. It just dampened things a bit. The place is exceptional and in a tranquil/nice part of Tucson.
