You’re just minutes from Sabino Canyon for hiking and outdoor adventures, and a short drive to Mt. Lemmon. Nearby, you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and local shops, making it easy to enjoy both nature and city conveniences.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended.



Parking: Driveway parking for up to two vehicles, with limited street parking available (subject to HOA guidelines).

Nearby attractions, dining, and shopping are all easily accessible by car.



Other Things to Note:

📌 The only security device on the property is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance.

📌 Community pool and hot tub: are controlled, maintained, and operated by the HOA. Availability and access may vary due to HOA rules, hours, or scheduled maintenance.

📌 This is a family-friendly home, well-suited for longer stays and remote work.

📌 Please note that parties of any kind are absolutely not allowed. We created a space to welcome you for a relaxing stay while visiting Tucson, but in order to continue doing so, we ask that you respect the property and the neighbors by being mindful of noise and treating it as you would your home.
