"Room was very clean and housekeepers were very friendly.
The lady that checked us in wasn’t helpful at all. Not once did she say anything about WiFi, all she did was give us a piece of paper showing us where the room was at. Didn’t explain to us about using remote to the tv which we found out from the maintenance man where to point remote on the TV so we can turn the TV on. Not once did she say anything about our breakfast buffet or any other activities, not even swimming pool hours.
Luciano maintenance man and housekeepers, they were very helpful.
Front desk Lady needs to be crossed trained in how to treat newcomers, remember 1st impressions are what we need to feel welcomed.
