Perfect Outdoor Oasis!!!

We needed somewhere to relax and enjoy the warm weather. This was the perfect place for us!! Backyard was like a resort--minus the crowds!! Perfection!

Excellent new house in nice NW neighborhood

Duayne's house is extremely well decorated and the landscaping is truly top-notch. The backyard has large mesquite trees and other plants as well as a fountain (turned off), huge propane/wood fire pit, pool, hot tub, and patio. The house itself has all new furnishings, is spacious and beautiful. The location is less than a mile from 4 grocery stores and plenty of restaurants, so getting the things you need is quick. This whole neighborhood is in the shadow of the Catalina mountains and is my favorite area in Tucon. The only issues are that Ina road is pretty close so you hear a little noise, and something is up with the pool that makes it drop the water level quickly. Duayne himself was fantastically responsive. I hate contacting VRBO hosts but he made the interactions super easy. This is also the first house I've stayed at that has basically no rules - it meant I went out of my way to do the right things, but I didn't feel like I was on vacation and paying good money but still had to do all the work. Spanish Trail Outfitters stable is literally 100 yards out the back - you can easily see the horses from the pool. We took a great ride there one morning but will admit on one particular day you could smell the stable from the house. My kids are already asking when we can come to Tucson again and when we can stay in this house again.

Absolutely Perfect!

We rented this property for a girls getaway. It worked perfectly. The newly remodelled home had the classic Southwest style with modern amenities. Centrally located to Tucson attractions it had a rural feel, but grocery store and shopping center within walking distance. The backyard was a show stopper with pool, hot tub, fire pit and beautiful gardens that showcase sunset views. We literally were able to walk out the back door to a local outfitter for a desert horseback adventure. The house was fully appointed with games and comfortable living areas. The communication with the owner was outstanding. Highly recommend this property! Thank you Duane
