- Experience the charm of Tucson in our safe, quiet, and cozy condo. Nestled south of the Catalina Mountains, our prime location provides easy access to the best activities Tucson has to offer. You'll be close to fantastic restaurants, shopping, and Tucson's largest year-round farmers market, held every Sunday morning. The popular walking/bike trail, The Loop, is right in our backyard, and the scenic hiking trails of Sabino Canyon are just a 15-minute drive away.
Our fully furnished first-floor condo offers convenience and comfort with no stairs to navigate. The bedroom features a king bed, and the living room includes a couch with a convertible sofabed. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Free parking is available throughout the complex, with one covered carport spot included with your booking.

We loved the location and found the unit quiet and very comfortable. We used the pool more than the locals seemed too, we had some nice warm weather for January and February. Tucson has lots todo and we stayed busy.

Location is good, safe and quiet. Amenities were good. Pool heater was broken for the first half of our stay, but once fixed it was a nice, heated pool. Enough room for two and owner provides all of the necessities for a rental.

Stayed for a few months and really enjoyed my time. The host was extremely communicative and made the check in process very easy. They got back quickly with any questions I had. I felt very safe in the complex and really appreciated the easy parking with the reserved covered space. The pool/hot tub are honestly really nice and with the gym, make for some great amenities. Plus you have easy access to the walking path and to some restaurants and the grocery store nearby.As with most bottom units in apartments, the walls are not soundproof but my neighbors were all kind and respectful so no issues there. My only critique would be that the carpet could maybe use a professional clean due to some staining, but otherwise the unit was clean and in good shape with everything working. There were supplies present for the bathroom and kitchen, which I really appreciated.I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a short or long term stay at a safe and cozy complex in a good location in Tucson.
