Bright kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances with built in microwave. Catalina mountain views from the kitchen window and Tucson city lights from the spacious balcony. Roomy floor plan offers two bedrooms and one bath. Large master bedroom with separate patio access and double closets. Living area with lots of natural light and a cozy corner fireplace. Assigned covered parking included.
Community offers 50' heated pool, oversized spa, state of the art fitness center in prestigious location.
Great location and minutes from shopping, many restaurant's, hiking including Sabino Canyon and many other hiking trails.

Very Nice But Needs Better Lighting

Southwestern exposure so lots of sun on the porch and good natural light. Clean and well-maintained. Nice porch, private, though unfortunately the next-door neighbor smokes on her porch and it drifts over. Living room definitely needs better lighting. The two table lamps have very dark shades that allow almost no light to escape; while the ceiling lightbulbs are so stark
