Quiet desert getaway with beautiful views and heated pool, pet-friendly

Enjoy gorgeous views in every direction from this cozy hilltop home. Relax by the pool on the hot days or enjoy a night inside by the fire on those rare cold nights. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from many of Tucson’s most popular attractions, including the UofA and Sabino Canyon, you’ll still enjoy plenty of quiet and privacy on this 1 acre property. Recently renovated, this home is perfect for a family coming to visit a college student, girlfriends looking for some sunshine and fun, or a group of friends in town to bike, hike, or run. Comfortable and well-appointed, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing, refreshing, and fun getaway. Dog-friendly.

In addition to sleeping 7 comfortably (king, queen, and 3 twin beds) there is a queen size sofa bed and a twin rollaway bed to sleep 3 additional guests.

The pool is equipped with a heater and can be heated in the winter, upon request. An additional daily heating fee of $40/day is required to cover the added gas expenses. When booking, let us know if you would like the pool heated for your stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Andrea is a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions and/or requests we had. The house was super clean, organized, well furnished, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep our own meals. The kids loved the pool and neighborhood is really nice and private. We make an annual trip to Tuscon and look forward to staying here again!

Terrific Tucson Stay

Wonderful place to stay for a family getaway. Kids loved there were toys, books, games, and plenty of pool floaties. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal large or small. Great views all around the property and quiet neighborhood.

Superb visit

Family flew into Tucson to attend a University of Arizona graduation and this listing was perfect! Andrea was easy to communicate with and the house was spacious enough for us all and had so many fun amenities - we loved bird watching. If you’re thinking of booking it, do it! You won’t regret it

Best place in Tucson

Loved our stay. The house is very clean, recently updated, very well stocked. Beautiful neighborhood and view, pool was super clean and nice. Manager was very helpful and communicative. Would be our first choice of any place to stay next time we are coming to Tucson. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

This property and host were amazing. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with the most amazing views and had everything that we could have possibly needed. Beautiful and relaxing

I had a wonderful stay at Andrea's. My husband, two boys, and in-laws all stayed together and appreciated the beautiful patio space and pool, which we had heated and was perfect in the mid-afternoon in February. The inside space was also wonderful and stocked with everything that we needed. Quiet and scenic neighborhood.

Spring break

Wonderful time at this desert oasis. We paid a little extra to have the pool heated this spring trip and it was well worth it. We enjoyed lounging by pool and taking un the perfect spring temperatures. The house is decorated so tastefully and comes with everything you could imagine needing for a fun family getaway. The neighborhood is great for sunset walks too!! Thank you so muxh for a great stay.

Great Location!!

We had a great stay at this property! Andrea was a good host and accommodated all of our needs. The back patio / pool area is fantastic, and you can’t beat the Mountain Views. The location was great for quick access to several great hiking spots. We loved visiting Catalina State park.

Beautiful home in great desert location

The house is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. Well stocked kitchen with every appliance ever needed. Comfortable beds. Big, deep and warm pool. Spacious outdoor areas with great city and mountain view. The house is perched on a hill and it has a great feeling privacy and tranquility. We are definitely thinking of booking again next year!

Wonderfully stocked home for a family stay

We stayed here over the New Year to check out Tucson and do some local hiking. We loved the home layout (spacious), and it was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teens). The decor was lovely, the home was incredibly clean, and it was stocked the best of any rental I have ever stayed in—soaps, shampoos, conditioners, coffees, even tampons and dog supplies. Overall, very thoughtful with lots of personal touches, wonderful views, outdoor spaces, and even was decorated for the holidays. Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing and cozy

This place had everything we needed and more! The location was great, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds made our trip so enjoyable. Everything in the house was so thoughtful, from the pool towels to the extra bedding. The outside living space was superb and with kids the fenced pool was a must. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the Tucson area. Andrea was great to work with as well!

Wonderful Home With Views

We had an incredible graduation weekend staying in Andrea's home. First and foremost the views from the back patio were amazing. The home is updated with an open floor plan, excellent for group gatherings. Another wonderful thing about this house is that it had all the supplies you would need for a long weekend or week. It is also located close to grocery stores for all your other needs. We would definitely stay again!

Tucson Views and Pool Time

My adult son, husband and I stayed at the beautiful home end of April 2025. Andrea was wonderful to work with, super responsive with easy check in and check out. Home is located in a great neighborhood up on a hill, with expansive Tucson views, views of Catalina Mountains and great bird watching with the bird feeders and bird baths near back patio. Home is close to great shops in La Encantada and close to great restaurants and hiking/walking trails. Home is well stocked and really felt like home with all the little touches throughout, like soft blankets near the couches, spa like master shower with extra large shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion containers, along with sunscreen and q-tips etc. All the items I typically forget to pack…lol. Loved the kitchen and easy access to outdoor BBQ grill, which worked great on our visit. Pool was heated for our visit and we loved the cushioned patio loungers, along with the hanging chairs in covered patio (great for book reading), and separate bistro table and chairs for coffee each morning with great morning views watching sun rise and birds wake up near the bird feeders. We’ve stayed at many VRBO homes each year and this is definitely one of the very best! Can’t wait to come back!! Best Regards! Lori
