WHOLE HOUSE ALL TO YOURSELF!
Comfort:
All rooms feature blackout curtains for a peaceful night’s rest. All beds have 100% cotton sheets and 100% cotton blankets (duvets are microfiber). All bedding and towels are white—do not trust vacation rentals that do not have white laundry! The master bathroom features a massage setting on the shower. The house is energy-efficient with dual-pane windows and blow-in insulation in the walls and ceiling. Mattresses are all Novilla 10" medium-firm premium mattresses, free from harmful chemicals. The house features an Ecobee thermostat. Gas heat for the pool is available as an add-on and is an extremely luxurious experience. Aquathermal solar pool heat is available for FREE (see add-ons below for more info).
Exterior:
As you drive down our quiet residential street in a conveniently located city neighborhood, you are greeted with saguaro cacti in the front yard, along with birds of paradise, bougainvillea, Mexican purple grass, palm trees, and desert rocks. The outside is freshly painted. The style of the home is called “territorial,” which is popular in east side Tucson. These homes feature flat roofs. In the backyard, you will find Arizona rosewoods, bougainvillea, a mesquite tree, and a selection of Brazilian saguaro cacti. The pool is diveable, with a nice deep end. We have patio furniture as well as an outdoor grill to enjoy. Mountains are visible from the backyard. If you have kids who like to explore, east side Tucson neighborhoods feature alleys which are fun to explore with the little ones.
Inside:
Inside you will be greeted with a shockingly modern look and feel. The open split floor plan features a full kitchen as you walk inside, with bar stools, quartz countertops, new shaker cabinets, a Whirlpool dishwasher, a stainless steel fridge with an ice maker, an electric stove, a toaster, a blender, and all you need to cook.
Past the kitchen, you will find the pool table, which has plenty of space to play and spread out. Beyond this is another living room with a couch, a wood-burning fireplace, and a collection of board games to play with the family.
Off the kitchen, we also have a breakfast nook to enjoy the view of the front yard.
We have two separate dining areas to entertain large groups. One bedroom is on the right wing of the house. On the opposite wing, you will find the other four bedrooms, which are on the larger side. Two bathrooms have en suite restrooms!
• The master restroom features a barn door, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower.
• The hallway bathroom features a tub-shower combo.
• The second room with the en suite restroom features a walk-in shower.
• The second bedroom has views of the Catalina Mountains, which are locally famous.
• All rooms have wall-mounted televisions.
Office Space:
Calling all teleworkers! Our home features office space in the master suite and the bedroom facing the mountains—enjoy the priceless views! The patio in the backyard has shade most of the day if you prefer to work outside with the stunning mountain views and fresh desert air.
Entertainment:
• We have a smart TV in each bedroom, all Roku-enabled. We offer Hulu+, NFL Sunday Ticket, Paramount Plus, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, HBO Go, and Netflix for your enjoyment.
• We have a good selection of board games and poker chips/card games. We also have a firepit and a charcoal grill in the back.
