Escape to our stunning two-story townhouse, where modern design meets natural warmth to create an oasis of tranquility.  This home is flooded with natural light and boasts a bright, airy feel that will instantly make you feel at ease.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living area, furnished with natural wood accents and lush plants that infuse the space with a sense of calm. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to cook up a delicious meal to share with loved ones. 

Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms that provide the perfect setting for restful nights and peaceful mornings. With comfortable beds and plenty of storage space, you'll have everything you need to recharge and feel refreshed.

The primary bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, soaking tub and dual sink vanity.  The second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combo.  Each of the bedrooms also has a desk making remote work an easy option if needed.

This home is perfectly situated near the intersection of University Blvd and 4th Avenue.  It is just ½ mile to the University of Arizona Main Gate Square with its restaurants, bars and coffee shops.  It is .1 mile to historic Fourth Avenue with its quirky shops and cafes, and less than ¼ mile to a Tucson Street Car station when you can hop on the trolly and get easy access to some of the city's top attractions, restaurants and galleries in downtown Tucson.

Clean & Convenient

The house was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to the train stop on 4th Ave. We come to Tucson often to visit our kids attending UofA and very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean with all the necessary amenities.
