“We arrived late on a Friday night and found that the shower screen was a large pane of jagged smashed glass. The glass had mostly been cleaned but there were still bits of loose broken glass scattered. This was an unacceptable safety hazard - we are lucky nobody got hurt as we arrived to a scene of broken glass with no warning. It was also significantly inconvenient. All 6 people were forced to use the 1 small ensuite removing privacy from that bedroom. The host has not responded to address our……

“This little apartment was perfect for a short stay, with a fantastic view of the lake. Having a restaurant and cinema right downstairs, plus a good coffee shop and a couple of other eateries nearby, was great. The place itself was modern, neat and comfortable; and I appreciated the step-by-step instructions on where to find the keys and how to get in (which could have been daunting otherwise).”
