Rooted Lake Cottage w/ Golf Cart - NEW to VRBO!

Retreat to picturesque Tims Ford Lake and enjoy easy access to Holiday Landing Marina with a private golf cart taking you down to the marina. After enjoying a day on the lake, relax in our beautifully decorated lake cottage featuring a screened porch with gas fireplace overlooking the woods. It's the perfect place to unplug and deepen family roots. Only an hour and a half or less from Nashville, Huntsville, and Chattanooga, but feels like a world away.

Our lake cottage is a new home in The Reserve at Holiday Landing, a small, secluded community on the north end of Tims Ford Lake. A golf cart is included with your stay, taking you down a gorgeous path to private golf cart parking, a dock for fishing, day boat slips, and a floating bridge to the Holiday Landing Marina and Bluegill Grill. Our home also offers a 240V electric vehicle (EV) charging outlet.

The main level of the cottage includes an open living room with 65” TCL Smart Roku TV, sound bar, and Nest speaker, a dining room, and kitchen with pantry to store your groceries. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs during your stay, including a Cuisinart single serve coffee maker (some coffee pods provided), basic spices, cookware, bakeware, toaster, blender, mixer, crockpot, coolers for the lake, and more. Also, have fun trying new recipes with our Waffles book and Waring Double Belgian Waffle maker (waffle mix provided) or create a beautiful snack boards with our bread boards and charcuterie books. Double doors in the living room and dining room open to a cozy screened porch with a gas fireplace, 55” TCL Smart Roku TV, and private wooded views.

The first floor master bedroom boasts a luxury king mattress with an attached bath, including a walk-in shower and a double sink quartz vanity. Also in the master suite is a large walk-in closet/laundry room with new full size LG washer and dryer. Moving upstairs, the second bedroom features a luxury king mattress. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a dedicated workspace overlooking the woods. The open loft features a bunk bed with twin memory foam mattresses, a 55” TCL Smart Roku TV, and an adorable plush canoe for the kids. There is a second full bath upstairs with a tub/shower combo and a half bath on the first floor. A small library of adult and children’s books are included, along with numerous board games for both adults and kids.

The Rooted Lake Cottage exudes a relaxed elegance with many details to provide an elevated experience, such as cordless bamboo shades, luxury down and foam sofa, Mrs. Meyer's soaps and cleaning products used throughout, Paul Mitchell Tea Tree lavender mint shampoo and conditioner in showers, full bar soaps provided, hair dryers in each full bathroom, Egyptian cotton sheets, allergy pillow protectors and mattress covers, curved shower curtain rod, and free & clear laundry pods provided.
