The Space:
Charming Mid-town bungalow featuring hardwood floors, 9+ foot ceilings, crown moldings, formal dining, eat in dining and more. French doors off master bedroom open to a private patio in backyard. Updated electrical, newer A/C unit, Interior laundry and unfinished partial basement. Enjoy mature trees and a quiet neighborhood in this conveniently located home. Close to TU & the Fairgrounds with easy near-by access to the BA Expressway & I-244.

Guest Access:
We have a keyless entry system on both the front and back doors. The code is 1989. To use the front keypad, press the "Yale" logo at the top of the keypad, enter the code, then press the checkmark at the bottom of the keypad. this will unlock the deadbolt then, use the doorknob to enter. To lock up, just press the "Yale" logo. Please remember to not lock the doorknob lock when you leave or you will be locked out! For the backdoor, the keypad is on the doorknob. Just enter the code (1989) then the # at the bottom. When you hear the beeping, turn the knob to open the door. This system will lock automatically whenever the door is closed.
