Very run down, save your money. The hotel staff greeted us with a point to the clock when we tried to check in and stating that its not check in time yet lol. Painters everywhere but you cant paint over crud.

The room we booked wasn't available so they had to give us a smaller bed. There were no towels or toiletries in the room. Was told they had a shortage of towels due to the holiday bookings. This hotel needs to be taken off your listings. It was dirty and disgusting. It was under renovation. Sheets were stained. Mattresses were comfortable. Air conditioning system was very tacky and looked moldy and mildewy. Our keys for our room kept on not working. We kept having to go down and having our key re-keyed. The clientele there was something out of the ordinary, many people that were there were drunk and used abusive language. There was a loud fight from a couple in our hallway. There was a bar right at the end of our floor, and it was very loud and open very late. The smoke detector was detached from the ceiling and laying in a shelf. The curtains were hanging incorrectly. We would never ever stay in this hotel again. One of the rooms that we had which were three the bathtub and toilet were dirty, and the bathtubs were cracked. I have never stayed in a more disgusting hotel in my life.

List that it had inside pool and it was a lie. The four floor, where we stay was under construction and mess. Room had wall damage, look like flood damage. It smell was really bad in hall and room.

Would not recommend. Right when I walked in the property was dirty and under active construction with debris everywhere and had a very loud party at the their bar; not a fun party but a sloppy one. There was a sign that indicated staff can enter remodeled rooms to check on quality… then I walk into the room and see a roach… went downstairs and cancelled immediately! Staff was friendly, understood and did not question why I was cancelling my reservation. Absolutely would not recommend!
