Felt right at home

I loved it. My host was accommodating and made it easy for me to contact them. The neighborhood was quiet and decent. The decoration in the home was nice and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. My favorite area was the dining area with the most comfortable sitting chairs I’ve ever sat in at a table to eat. The home was roomy with the three bedrooms far apart from each so that was a plus as well. It was great!

Weekend Concert Getaway

Overall the stay was nice. The property has some updates which was good. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, had coffee, they left a basket with candy and microwave popcorn. The cleanliness was main issue. It needed a good vacuuming. In one of the bedrooms there was a used jar of vasoline under the bed. The top of the refrigerator was disgusting. The neighborhood was run down. We didn’t experience any issues while there but it is tough to tell if it is in a safe area.

Property was fine- on a quiet street. Puposefully checked to ensure there would be a portacrib and told there was "one in every Victory property", but when arrived it was not there as promised. Communication seemed slow.was not noted.

Staying at comfort on 66th.

Overall booking, check in and out process, and stay was great. Only complaint was the neighborhood that the duplex was located in. The neighborhood was not the nicest and did not feel very safe leaving our cars outside and staying there. Also, there was a not so great smell in the house. The house was clean but it did not smell fresh.

The reason for the 4 stars is that we were given a discount because of problems with the house. The roof leaked from the rain. The oven did not work and it was dirty. There were roaches. The coffee was good but there were no coffee filter. The dishwasher did not have the holder for silverware. The sliding screen door broke. The tvs were good.
