This NEW CONSTRUCTION custom home built by Born Again Restored is the perfect retreat. This cottage boasts 3 beds, 2.5 baths and is nestled into the Rose District, a walkable community filled with restaurants, shops and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and feels like a step back in time to the way things used to be. Front porch sitting and patio grilling are just the beginning to this home away from home. Enjoy the professionally designed interior and well appointed furnishings.

Jaime and Nick were very helpful and gracious. They have attended to detail and the place is very comfortable. Rose District is in walking distance, cute part of town, great place to stroll and duck into shops. Highly recommend!
