This NEW CONSTRUCTION custom home built by Born Again Restored is the perfect retreat. This cottage boasts 3 beds, 2.5 baths and is nestled into the Rose District, a walkable community filled with restaurants, shops and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and feels like a step back in time to the way things used to be. Front porch sitting and patio grilling are just the beginning to this home away from home. Love Broken Arrow!

Went with a few ladies for a bachelorette trip during Memorial Day weekend and fell in love with the property and town! We felt incredibly safe and prepared during our stay. Truly incredible experience and accommodating hosts!

This bungalow/cottage in the Rose District of Broken Arrow was in a perfect location for our trip to Tulsa. The home was newly renovated and as described in its listing. It is close to the Rose District and its shops and restaurants. We would happily stay here again.
