Nice quiet rural setting, yet in the city. Seclusion. The unit itself was super clean, well stocked with juices coffee water and some snacks. The bathroom was updates with crisp marbled tiles throughout. Excellent modern washer dryer units, updated decor, smart tv super cold fridge unit.private parking @ front door of unit. Can't say enough great things about location. VRBO owners fast in responses and very friendly and caring via emails passed. I would not hesitate to stay again! AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

What a hidden gem , chariming , private and cozy !

We enjjoyed the location , it was decorated very well , the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Check in and check out process were super easy. Great host communication. Grreat amenities provided with the coffee snd cocoa and snacks snd bottles of water, those were thoughtful touches. I loved hearing so many birds singing in the mornings. It was a lovely weekend , highly recommend and will be coming back again sometime !

Great little house with all the extras , area was not as great but we felt safe with our car parked inside the gate. Liked that it was close to downtown and other things in the area. Would recommend but not a for a single girl coming in at night alone.

Nice place to stay. We came to see a concert so we really just went straight to bed and drank coffee next morning. However, it’s a short jot to BOK. Would definitely stay again!

Ok, but television too confusing to work... would not take WiFi info to connect to Internet...had to call owner... frustrating... Check in confusing as owner failed to tell you you had to go thru the gate to get to correct door after trying incorrect door several times

Disgusting

My stay never occurred. I questioned the host about fragrance, (i.e., air fresheners and plug-ins) use in her rental prior to booking. Her message reply stated, "Those things are not used in my rental". Upon arrival, as soon as I opened the door, the perfume smell that appeared to be some sort of airfreshener had been used and was overwhelming. I was only inside the rental for an extremely short time. As I was leaving, I noticed the filthiness of the walls in sitting area. The neighborhood was sketch and corona beer bottels were on the porch of the building shown in the advertisment. The way the rental is presented, leads you to believe you are renting the building with the yellow door. However, the rental is a tiny home positioned behind the building in the advertisement. False advertisement is what happens with this landlord. Needless to say, the place had not been cleaned or sanitized. The owner or whomever she claimed was cleaning the unit prior to my arrival attempted to cover odor by spraying an excessive amount of airfreshener. I messaged the owner prior to pulling out of the driveway to advise her of my reason for asking about use of fragrances as they negatively affect my health.My advise to anyone considering renting this place is to locate a rental far away from this neighborhood and not from this landlord.
