This property is CLOSING in days, and the worst part is they are demanding a $100 CASH deposit at check in. RIDICULOUS! They accept credit cards for payment of room rental, but somehow won't for a damage deposit. We had to scrape up every dollar in cash we could find just to check in. (We should have just left and found ANY other hotel at this point, but we were too tired and paid up.) The property is mostly weekly/monthly renters, and very sketchy. Our "neighbors" had a big, loud, long argument after midnight that lasted until 2 AM, which woke us up and we couldn't sleep through. The only good thing I can say is the staff at check-in and checkout were very nice, polite, and apologetic about the situation. They know the place is bad and they're just hanging in to collect their last paychecks.
