“If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. The check-in process took forever. Breakfast was practically nonexistent — people stood in a long line for omelets, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone. With only one waiter on the floor, getting coffee or a refill was nearly impossible.
If a hotel advertises breakfast included, it’s reasonable to expect a decent meal.
To make matters worse, a month later the hotel called demanding an extra $22 “hotel charge,” even though everything had……

“Found garbage from previous renter on a shelf above refrigerator and microwave in our room. When taken to front desk, we were told " no, it isn't, I just cleaned the room! " I took it that she thought the garbage was ours, which is an insult to the renter.
