Cozy and modern 80sqm apartment equipped with all comforts, convenient for its location in the heart of Turin, and therefore very close to important points of interest in the city such as the Egyptian Museum, just 500m away, Piazza Solferino at 400m, and the Royal Gardens, just 15 minutes on foot. The accommodation is also 15 minutes from Turin Porta Nuova station.
The apartment is surrounded by numerous Italian and ethnic restaurants, bars, shops and pharmacies.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator which however reaches the third floor. From here, a flight of stairs leads to the fourth floor, where the house is located.
The restaurant is modern and welcoming, and the internal space is composed as follows:

- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, traditional kettle, moka pot, electric oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, cutlery and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds that can be joined if necessary and become double bed and open wardrobe with steel tubulars;

The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND TO PICK UP THE KEYS AT 11.00, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late checkout if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11 on the day of check-out, if there are no other guests entering. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:

- between 9.30pm and 11.00pm: € 25
- between 23.00 and 24. 00: € 30
- after 24.00: € 40

The apartment is located in the historic center of the city of Turin: elegant, lively, full of restaurants, wine bars, small shops, old cafes. A lively, cheerful, safe neighborhood: a convenient starting point to visit the most important museums of the city. 10 minutes from the Duomo and the art gallery, the MAO (Oriental Art Museum) and the Shroud Museum. 15 minutes walk from the Cinema Museum (Mole Antonelliana) and 5 minutes from the Egyptian Museum and Piazza Castello (with the Royal Palace, the Savoy Gallery, the Madama Palace). In Piazza della Consolata there is the historic coffee "Al Bicerin", where the famous chocolate and milk cream coffee, the symbolic drink of Turin, was invented.
A must is a tour of the rowdy and colorful food market of Porta Palazzo (every morning and Saturday all day), and of Balon, the historic flea market of the city, the "rags market" (since 1856, every Saturday, in the streets that go down from Piazza della Repubblica to the Dora). In the same streets, on the second Sunday of each month, from 8 to sunset, 250 stalls, shops, bars and restaurants give life to the Gran Balon, 28 years of minor antiques market.

If you arrive by PLANE: in front of the Caselle airport arrivals, the SADEM shuttle leaves every 15 minutes and stops at FS Porta Nuova (C. so Vittorio Emanuele II n ° 57 / A) and FS Porta Susa (C. know Bolzano opposite exit D station). Duration: 45/50 min. Buy the ticket inside the airport for € 6.50, it costs € 7 on board.
If you arrive by TRAIN from Porta Nuova station you can take a taxi or you can take the bus (buy your ticket at the tobacconist's, inside the station): for ex. the nr. 52 at the PORTA NUOVA stop in front of the station exit and then get off at the GARIBALDI stop (11 minutes + a very short walk to the house). Or on the 4th always opposite the station and get off at the MONTE DI PIETA 'stop.
From Porta Susa station there is the BOLZANO-CAPOLINEA stop, here take the star2 electric bus towards Cairoli and get off at the MONTE DI PIETA 'ORFANE stop (14 min.), Less than 200 meters from the apartment.
If you arrive by CAR: parking on the street in Turin is free during the night (from 19:30 to 8:00 in the morning), but from 8:00 to 19:30 it costs from € 1.20 to € 2.50 per Now! There are many covered underground parking lots nearby, even with rather convenient daily or weekly rates: the closest is located in Piazza Emanuele Filiberto (12 minutes on foot, daily rate € 12), another cheaper is the Porta Palazzo parking (Corso XI February, 10 minutes on foot, daily rate € 10). Others: Via Bolzano (in front of Porta Susa, daily rate € 9.80) or Santo Stefano or Cittadella.
