Best kept secret

We had a fabulous stay at Johannes and Maria's apartment which is nestled in the hillside overlooking the village of Lanzo. A little piece of paradise. The apartment was clean, tidy and perfect for two adults. The hosts were accessible, friendly and helpful. The views from the property were stunning and made for beautiful sun rises and sunsets. We loved being able to walk to the village to enjoy coffee at one of several cafes. The village is overflowing with stunning architecture, winding, narrow streets and friendly citizens. Turin is accessible by train in less than an hour. We look forward to a return visit in the future. The MacNeils.

Pro: Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Ruhig gelegen mit schönem Garten.Negativ: WLAN nur wenige Stunde verfügbar, trotz Bemühung des Gastgebers. Mit dem Gastgeber am Ende des Aufenthalts eine gute Lösung gefunden.Das Gefrierfach war sehr dick vereist.Die Aussicht auf die Po Ebene und auf Lanzo ist nur bedingt gegeben.

sehr gemütliches kleines Häuschen in schöner Lage. Für aehr dicke und/oder große Menschen vielleicht nicht so geeignet, weil das Bad etwas beengt ist. In jedem Fall empfehlenswert.

Es war sehr schön, aufgrund der Randlage sehr ruhig, bis auf bellende Hunde, die man aus der Umgebung hörte, sehr erholsam, so wie wir es wollten. Das Wetter hätte besser sein können, aber da kann glücklicherweise niemand was dran ändern

Gezellig kneuterig paleisje in mooie omgeving

Accomodatie gelegen op een mooie locatie even buiten Lanzo. Volop ruimte buiten en binnen gezellig en kneuterig ingericht. Een hele tegenstelling in vergelijking met de objecten die de kunstenaar/host overal op de wereld heeft gepresenteerd. We hebben genoten. Zeker van Turijn omdat we daar op de basisschool een negatief beeld van hadden als vieze industriestad. Het was schitterend enenals Lanzo een dorp met historie.

Heute ins Hochgebirge, morgen in die Großstadt

Attraktive Lage oberhalb von Lanzo, schöne Terrasse, freundliche Gastgeber. Gut eingerichtet, ausreichend Platz, aber wenig Abstellfläche. Ein schönes Quartier für Menschen, die gern wandern oder Mountain bike fahren, aber auch mal in die Großstadt wollen.

Die Seele baumeln lassen

Ein perfekter Ort, um abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. In der liebevoll eingerichteten Casa Maria haben wir eine Woche Ruhe genossen. Mit einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse sitzen, auf Lanzo im Tal und die umliegenden Berge schauen ist wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'abbondanza del verde

Casa Maria si trova in mezzo al verde, immersa nella collina sopra Lanzo, in posizione strategica per visitare le valli. In 40 minuti di auto si arriva al Pian della Mussa o al Lago di Malciaussia. Lanzo ha un centro storico molto ben conservato e possibilità di passeggiate di diversa lunghezza e difficoltà. Casa Maria è attrezzata di tutto, Maria ci ha accolto e dato disponibilità per tutto il soggiorno ma non abbiamo fatto richieste perché la casa è davvero provvista di tutto e l'abbiamo trovata pulita e in ordine.

Wandern und Geniessen

Die zwei Wochen, die wir in der schönen Casa Maria verbringen durften, waren wunderbar abwechslungsreich, erholsam und genussvoll! Ob Wandern in den sehr schönen und nicht überlaufenen Lanzotälern samt Einkehr in verschiedenen Rifugios mit leckrer Küche, Ausflüge in die nahe Kulturmetropole Turin oder in die Piemonteser Weinberge - unser Urlaub war angefüllt mit Entdeckungen, und wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal hier! Johannes und Maria sind tolle Gastgeber und haben uns viele gute Tipps gegeben, vom Weinkauf über Restaurants bis zu sehenswerten Savoyer-Schlössern und Museen. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles und bis hoffentlich bald!

Die Welt hat sich verändert, aber vieles in Lanzo ist wie es war ...

Lieb gewonnene Plätze und Neues vermischt sich. Es gibt immer etwas zu entdecken. Kulinarischer Genuss kam auch nicht zu kurz. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen. Alles Gute für euch, Maria und Johannes!

Rust en Bourgondisch eten.

Zeer prettig. Tweede keer dat we zijn gegaan. Erg vriendelijke eigenaren. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen. Klein half uurtje rijden en er is een geweldige supermarkt met van alles en nog wat.
