Tout d 'abord on tient à remercier toute l 'équipe de l'hôtel pour son dévouement et son écoute.Ensuite concernant la chambre rien à dire .Quant au petit dejeuner nous avons été très satisfait.En revanche le seul point négatif est que l 'on repart demain😢à moins que vous nous offriez une nuit😃.Restez professionnels comme vous l'etes afin d 'avoir quelques étoiles en plus qui serait bien mérité Bien cordialement mme et m Scarso.

Réceptionniste très agréable. Chambre spacieuse avec des bouteilles d'eau au frais et la climatisation mise en route, très appréciable au vu de la chaleur le jour de notre passage. Le petit déjeuner est hyper copieux et varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Proximité avec le centre historique, parfait pour une visite de Turin

Friendly n good weekend
Looks old but equip most what u needed. Rare to have a bed firm enough. Only difficulty is no instruction how to use the safe and inconvenient for luggage for stairs outside lift.

The parking in front of the hotel, is unsafe, got my car stolen, personnel of the hotel gave me the place and then they did not give me any support, they disclaim any responsibility

I am truly sorry for what happened but unfortunately these are events that can occur in a big city. I can assure you that car theft is not so rare even in the city center or in other areas.Police regulations in Italy provide that the theft report must be made to the police district and, even if called, the patrol does not intervene on the spot. This is the reason why these indications were given to you at the reception. This is not a lack of assistance, in fact everything possible has been done.

O hotel fica um pouco longe do centro, porém tem transporte público logo em frente, com bastante frequência, que te deixa no centro da cidade. O café da manhã é variado e gostoso. No geral, o hotel é limpo e confortável.

Close to airport
Very basic hotel on a busy street, lots of street noise through the night. Extremely difficult to find despite satnav. Staff were pleasant & helpful, room was large & clean. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we had an early flight from Torino airport. The hotel was only 10 mins drive from the airport .

Pulizia eccezionale. Stanza calda e accogliente. Letto comodo e pulito. La signora della reception molto gentile e disponibile. Non posso dire lo stesso dell'uomo con cui ho parlato telefonicamente per confermare. Cafone maleducato e arrogante. L'unica pecca dell'Hotel è lui. Per il resto è eccezionale e lo consiglio sicuramente, nella speranza di non dover aver a che fare con quell'uomo...

Il personale alla reception, delle pulizie e della colazione è sempre stato super gentile. La camera quadrupla era un appartamento: pulita ed enorme, tanto che avrebbe potuto ospitare comodamente un altro letto matrimoniale. Unica pecca il box doccia in bagno con un anta staccata che non si chiudeva a dovere. La struttura dell'hotel è datata gli infissi essendo di alluminio di mattino fanno la condensa con lo sbalzo termico. La colazione è buona e completa per questa categoria di hotel. Lodevole il servizio degli addetti al buffet nel rispetto delle regole di distanziamento anticovid. Peccato per la zona dove è ubicato l'hotel che sconsiglia di uscire a piedi la sera o di girare da soli... Inoltre non è vicino al centro: su booking o hotels c'era indicato il centro a 3,7 km ma in realtà è molto più lontano e con il tram o il bus ci vogliono oltre 20 minuti. Altro handicap è sicuramente la ricerca di un parcheggio per la propria auto nei dintorni, posto che vista la zona è vivamente sconsigliato lasciare qualsiasi oggetto minimamente interessante in vista. Ma lato gestione, accoglienza, pulizia nulla da eccepire.

Sehr nettes, kompetentes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Saubere schöne Zimmer, gemütliches Bett, sauberes modernes Bad. Frühstück ausreichend, ich persönlich hätte mir noch Joghurt gewünscht - Kaffe bekommt man auf Wunsch ganz frisch zubereitet. Einzig der Kreisverkehr vor dem Hotel war etwas störend. Genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze ums Hotel herum.
