très bon choix !
De passage à Turin pour la nuit et nous sommes très contents de l’hôtel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Beaucoup de classe pour la décoration . Tout était parfait. Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard pour le check in mais la directrice nous a tout de suite indiqué la marche à suivre.

Sono stata ospite una notte con il mio cane in una delle suite dell struttura. L’appartamento era spazioso, luminoso, caldo e silenzioso, pur trovandosi su un corso ricco di bar e ristoranti. La posizione della struttura è davvero molto comoda, si trova a soli dieci minuti dalle stazioni di Torino porta Nuova e porta Susa. Ci tornerò presto sicuramente!

The apt architecture, great location, kind people Around the residence there are excellent restaurant as La Farinata, Torricelli with outstanding food and wines and cakes especially Torricelli, there is an open market everyday just 3 blocks down, sale wonderful items from fresh vegetables, fish, breads, meat , flowers tal Km 0, to dresses, jackets great prices and made in Italy We loved it

Buongiorno Massimiliano, ci spiace che abbiate trovato l'ascensore rumoroso. Sicuramente la notte i rumori sono accentuati dal silenzio che fortunamente si crea. Magari la prossima volta possiamo farle provare un appartamento più distante dall'ascensore. Speriamo di rivedervi presto. Intanto grazie mille per aver condiviso la sua opinione.

The staff was phenomenal! They had great ideas for places to go and where to eat. We loved the parking. One of the nicest places we stayed in 21 days in Italy!

Stay in this hotel for Juventus game night
Overall had a great experience at thia hotel, we went to Turin to watch Juventus game. Hotel stuff is extremely friendly and the apartment is huge for two of us. Its just a little bit inconvenient to go to the train station because its hard to get a taxi in the morning time in that area. Overall, great choice for this living apartment. Recommended!

Pas op als je wil bubblebad in jouw kamer hebben!
Hotel was echt prima! Een problem was dat wij hebben kamer met bubblebad gereservierd. Volgens web site alle kamers zullen bubblebad hebben maar als wij naar hotel kwamen ontwangen wij kamer met 2 badkamers maar in plats van bubblebad was duche:/ Er was geen vrije kamers met bad.

Excelente! Nos hemos sorprendido del nivel de este Hotel. Se preocupan hasta el mas minimo detalle, para hacer muy grata la estadía. Apartamento completisimo, ideal para familia con niños. Si bien el lugar no está en el centro historico, tiene buen transporte público a 3 cuadras. Las recepcionistas, muy amables y atentas. Cuando vuelva a Torino, me hospedaré ahí seguro

Personale molto gentile, abitazioni grandi, moderne, pulite e confortevoli. È presente anche l'asse da stiro e la lavatrice.WiFi funzionante perfettamente. A 10-15 minuti a piedi dal Politecnico. Reception aperta solo a determinati orari.

素晴らしいレジデンス
場所はトリノの観光地やポルタヌオヴァ駅から離れているが、周辺は雰囲気も良いしスーパーやカフェ等も多く意外と便利。私達が泊まった「Mexico city」という部屋は広く、バスルームも2部屋あった(両方とも広目のシャワーブースのみでバスタブは無し) Wifiも無料で速度も早い。キッチンも完備されていて、皿や食洗機や冷蔵庫もあります。 ベッドはクイーンサイズで夫婦2人と小さい子ども1人で寝るには若干狭かったがリネンの質はとても良かった。 スタッフは皆フレンドリーだしトリノに来た際はまた泊まりたい。

Great hotel, great price.
Great hotel for the price. The front desk staff is very helpful. Remember that the front desk is not always staffed however, so if you check in at a time when it is not staff, you need to arrange that ahead of time.

Il n'est pas normal que l'éléctricité soit coupée (pas de frigo, ni de clim) dès que l'on quitte l'appartement :c'est très mesquin ! aucun accueil le dimanche (la résidence est fermée : un comble !). Sinon bon confort et appartement moderne et propre. prix moins élévé de 25% en réservant sur place et en ne passant pas par hotel.com : A méditer !!

Great choice for short stay apartment
Not too far from the centre ( about a 15-20 min walk), good local facilities including a supermarket. We used the Residence for two nights before moving on to Cervinia. We did not want a hotel as we have a young child, this was exactly what we needed, enough room and the facilities to cook and eat meals as well so relax after a day out. Very helpful staff, thank you! Would recommend.
