“This property is a dream. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is it. Right on the river, walking distance to hiking, and complete privacy from neighbors. There's a side yard area where my 4 year old could safely play without worrying he'd run toward the water. Access to the water was easy for us, water low now so we practiced fishing on the rocks. “Yes, this home is every bit as cozy & comfy as described! Immediately felt its charm. Beautiful view of the water from the sliding glass doors. Pine Tree Inn for a meal is less than 5 min. away. Snowmobile access was just down the road 1/4 mi. For any ATT cell users, there is minimal to no signal, but if you stand just outside you can hop onto the WiFi. Well stocked with all necessities! Our group were coffee drinkers so a regular coffee maker would have been useful vs single serve. I would……

“The property was beautiful with the river. We had never stayed in an rv before, but power and water were hooked up. You have to bring your sheets, blankets, pillows. There is a fridge, stove, sink and the owner left some basic supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, spices, soap, coffee, and more. There is nowhere to really put your luggage but we made it work by using the top bunk. Wifi is not available but there were some games and movies available. There was a firepit if you wanted to……
