“The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is a tiny house everything is well thought out and layed out well to maximize space. My younger children loved sleeping in the loft and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms to offer privacy. “The half trailer had not been serviced upon our late evening arrival, beds were undone. I texted the management company immediately, got an answer 45 mn later. By that time we had decided to find another option for the night, back to the Grand Canyon as there was nothing around the trailer park. We got a bad impression of the area, felt unsafe in this desolate area. We do NOT recommend to anyone booking this accommodation. We asked for a full refund that VRBO accepted.”

“This unit is half a mobile home, poorly maintained. You can tell the door has been broken, walls have been patched. No place to fill water bottles. One morning we didn’t have any hot water, maintenance did come out and it worked after that. I certainly wouldn’t stay here again. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable though. ”

“The pictures on this listing must be from a model unit they keep in great condition, because our unit was fairly worn and not as pristine, and did not include the same furniture as the photos. But it was clean enough (light staining on sheets and walls, etc.), and for the price we were happy with it. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as, they didn't have fitted sheets on the bed (so they'd slide off), you can't turn the AC lower than 70, the shower heads were making high-pitched noises……
