「It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it's a good price ($100/night) for what you get. A lot is packed into this little rental. Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils. Comfy bed. Dark & quiet. I slept great! Could use a little maintenance & the grounds are not very attractive, but, again great place to crash after a long hike.」

「While the cabin was clean it was way smaller than expected. Hardly enough room to change your mind. Very small bathroom, however the shower was roomy. The listed grill was shared, down the road behind other rentals. The approach road was a mile of washboard, very rough and dusty. I wouldn’t recommend.this rental unless it was the last minute rental.」

「It was very a cute place and had room for myself, husband and brother-in-law. The TV was huge for the place but worked fine. I found it easy to find. Had a great view. It was very clean. It is more like a duplex with another tiny home attached but they share walls to the bathroom and closet. It wasn't bad but you could hear the neighbors moving around in the morning. The price was reasonable for what we got and other options in the area. Loved the little porch, as well.」

「The beds were clean, but some of the horizontal surfaces need to be dusted. Do not run the AC on "auto" as it will shut off after a couple of hours. Once I selected AC/fan only, cold air started to flow through the registers. The tini house still would not cool down even with mild outdoor temps. Overall, it was nice to have a kitchen and plenty of bedspace for the kids. The Maintenance Mechanic responded quickly to replace a 9 volt battery in the carbon monoxide detector.」

「This tiny house was clean and about 20 minutes away from Grand Canyon which was nice for location. The negative side was the shower that gave you hot water for 1 minute and then turned cold. I know it said energy efficient but for paying that much money, you should have hot water to take a shower. Also internet connection was bad. I would recommend staying somewhere else because of the hot water situation.」
