「It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it's a good price ($100/night) for what you get. A lot is packed into this little rental. Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils. Comfy bed. Dark & quiet. I slept great! Could use a little maintenance & the grounds are not very attractive, but, again great place to crash after a long hike.」

「the place is family friendly, with privacy and quiet . The location is also not so bad if you want to keep on coming back and forth to the grand canyon. The things that I don’t like about it is that I was charge with electricity, cleaning, etc. without advertising that it will be like that. I just found out about it when I was already charge. And at the checking out instructions I was told to wash the dishes, throw the garbage out, etc., did I not pay for it? How can I wash the dishes they don’t...
