「We arrived a little early due to weather concerns, contacted management and they got us in promptly. We had an event in the area that required us to book for 9 days. The home was tidy and appeared to be well cared for. Kitchen items were somewhat limited, but enough to get by. We were supplied with 2 Keurig coffee pods, great for a 1 night stay, could have used a few more as we booked for 9 days. No huge issue as we did bring additional coffee and a percolator, but something to consider for...

「The property was modern and very clean. The house design is very comfortable. We would stay here again during a future trip. The only inconveniences were the lack of dish soap for washing dishes, and the HVAC system did not respond quickly enough to thermostat adjustments. Furthermore, one neighbor was playing loud music late during one evening. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay. 」

「The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is a tiny house everything is well thought out and layed out well to maximize space. My younger children loved sleeping in the loft and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms to offer privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. This house is a quick 20 minute drive to the Grand Canyon...

「The pictures on this listing must be from a model unit they keep in great condition, because our unit was fairly worn and not as pristine, and did not include the same furniture as the photos. But it was clean enough (light staining on sheets and walls, etc.), and for the price we were happy with it. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as, they didn't have fitted sheets on the bed (so they'd slide off), you can't turn the AC lower than 70, the shower heads were making high-pitched noises...

「Overall it’s a good little place to stay. It is extremely small and can be cramped even with two people, but it did what we needed, somewhere to sleep. The road to get to home was very rough on our car- an 05 Camry. To get to the house one must go down a gravel/ dirt road that is bumpy but no pot holes. I would recommend this to a person if they just want somewhere to sleep and doesn’t mind driving a little bit to get food or down a rougher road. 」
