The place is sanitized thoroughly after each guest! The pool is currently closed.

Brew a pot of coffee before breakfast in a kitchen with marbled countertops and stainless steel appliances. Afterwards, watch Roku and YouTube TV with over 70 channels.

No party, no pets and no smoking (this includes no e-cigarettes, no vaping, no traditional smoking), please. Me and my family have medical issues.

Perfect stay in Irvine!

This townhouse was the perfect location for our week-long stay! It is very nicely maintained, with up-to-date features. We loved that a shopping center with restaurants and grocery store was only a block away - an easy walk for our breakfast and other needs. There were a number of parks nearby, and the neighborhood was great for walking. Location also provided easy access to I5 and I405, making travel to the beach or other locations very accessible. And the host was very responsive to our needs. I'd highly recommend a stay in this townhouse. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a great townhome

We had an amazing stay, if we ever needed to rent again, we would definitely want to stay here! The house is perfect! Location is perfect. The layout of the house perfect! It was really great all around! Ty for a great stay and being such a wonderful host!
