The host was very responsive when we had plumbing issues and wanted to make sure to set things right, and was concerned with our comfort. I wasn't familiar with Midway City so I was a little concerned what the neighborhood would be like, we had no issues, it's in the OC so overall it felt pretty safe. 「Ruby was easy to communicate with. We found it to be fairly clean. The beds were very comfortable. It would be helpful for others to know there are shared walls with other tenants, whom can be easily heard. Overall it was okay. 」
