The hotel location made it easier to walk around from almost all four directions that I found myself surprised every time I turn into a street and find the hotel right at the corner. Breakfast was okay for first timers like me who would rather get my tummy full before venturing out. But Ha Noi offers so much good food within walking distance too. The hotel staff were all courteous and friendly. And the room service even refilled the bottled water everyday even when I was out by hanging them in a plastic bag by the door handle. My room location was right beside the lift which had easy access carrying a backpack though the guests noise of coming and going from the lift was distracting at times, but I suppose it boils down to the guests’ behavior and consideration. Overall was a good stay.

Looks nothing like the pictures. Definitely could use some updates and deep cleaning…. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Airport pickup was expensive and ended up waiting around and coordinating with the person even though I went to the designated spot they gave. Not a horrible stay but for what they advertise it doesn’t match up.

The room was wonderful. The staff was especially helpful and kind. It’s in a great location. And it had the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. If you’re going to stay in Hanoi you should definitely stay here.

As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling. From a smooth check-in to clean and comfortable rooms, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more special. Considering the price, it was exceptional value for money. The thoughtful token gift at check-out was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end our trip on a heartfelt note.

We loved everything about this hotel! Location, amenities, food but especially the staff! The staff make you feel special and looked after! Top notch!
