「The staff and the breakfast are excellent.」

「Great location,Very helpful staff.」

「clean, new, friendly staff, great location, nice view」

「This is not a hotel. It is somebody’s condominium. Upon entering the building you’re stuck finding the owner. It has no pool, no available parking. The building is still under deconstruction so you’re stuck, listening construction noises .」

「The staff are impolite」

「I had to sleep on recliner bed as my room was given to someone else. Overall mediocre. Indoor pool did not function. This is a two star, not 5 star hotel」

「Excellent」

「Perfect place perfect service」

「Amazing hotel in the heart of old Batumi with spacious and well-designed rooms, excellent breakfast and super service. Avto went above and beyond to make us comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.」

「Helpful stuff」

「The maid service does not clean thoroughly, particularly the bathroom. Mold stains in the shower. Toilet not always cleaned.」

「The receptionist is so welcoming , never see this level before in whole Georgia, she is amazing smiling finding solution when needed and so respectful」

「We had a truly perfect stay! Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just right – from the friendly service to the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. We felt completely at ease and will definitely come back. Highly recommended! 」

「I liked the hotel in general, good location, relatively new, good facilities and good breakfast. The problem was the staff that in general didn't help as expected when the toilet was leaking, the metal towel hangers were broken and other issues such as early check-in request that went unanswered completely. A pretty good hotel that could be better in terms of service and maintenance.」

「great property」

「I had a great stay at this capsule hotel in Batumi. The property is clean, modern and comfortable, and the capsules provide enough privacy for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and other places within walking distance. Overall, it was a great option for a short stay in Batumi, especially for travelers looking for something affordable, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here...
