It has lovely views of coastline and the surrounding countryside against a backdrop of the Snowdonia Range. A warren of approx 600 acres of open sandy ground adjacent to the village leads to a sandy beach, ideal for children, near to Llangwyfans famous Church in the Sea. Superb walks from the door. Snowdonia or the Irish ferry are 30 minutes drive. Shop, Post Office and pub 400 yards.
