Parking was good. No towels in the room and we went to ask for more she seemed confused that we wanted dallas. Never did receive washcloths she told us no you want hand towels and we said no to wash clothes but she gives him towels anyway

I understand the hotel is old but the comforter and blanket underneath both had several holes and were super old. There was no soap or hand towels in the room. You received one bath towel and wash rag at check in, and there was shampoo/conditioner in the room. There is no coffee pot available and the coffee at "breakfast" was very watered down. Breakfast consisted of cereal, tiny mandarin oranges and a cookie. You get what you pay for with this hotel but the room was clean and we didn't have bugs in the room.

I was very upset because we had one towel. That was given to us.I asked for extra, and they stated that they only give one set of towels out.There was no towels actually even to wash my face. Now, talking about breakfast, the only thing that they actually had was cereal.But they had no milk.They had no sugar for the coffee, no creamer.For the coffee and they didn't have anything else to eat

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed as so far EVER in my life. There’s roaches everywhere the tv and refrigerator didn’t work so it’s basically just an ok room to sleep in for the night. The walls are SUPER thin so you can hear anything and everything the person next to you is doing. The hotel itself was in a very very bad shape. Super dirty and dusty. The air unit created a funky smell. Overall horrible experience. Will never book them again.

Decor/looks was good. Our isue was our handicap room key. We were there three nights & had to get three new key cards to get into our room. Staff tried first time with card received. Tried their master. Didn't work. Issued new one that had to be jiggled to open the door. Three nights of that..... Breakfast offering was extremely sparse!! Didn't even bother our last morning.....won't stay again.....
