「The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest. No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away. Obviously not clean.」

「Overall we had a good experience. Parking and entry to the unit were not really clear. The unit itself was set up decent. The shower was very nice. The unit was nice and clean. The carpet is stained. Light patches all over it but it was clean. The upstairs neighbors are noisey. 「My son and I spent two nights in the trailer. For a glamping experience, the trailer met our expectations. The trailer is in a nice spot, at the end of a road, with a fire pit and screened-in porch(which we took full advantage of). We were attending Mosport and did not have a chance to explore the property or use the amenities, and cannot comment. There were some issues communicating through VRBO, but the host was responsive and accommodating.」
