Utility roomn with dishwasher and washing machine (shared). Outhouse with freezer (shared). Enclosed, decked patio with sitting-out area and barbecue (shared). Bike store. Public car park. No smoking.. Occupying a fine position in the town centre, just a short distance from the main high street, this well-appointed, semi-detached holiday property is ideal for couples or small families that want to be near the beach and the local amenities of Tywyn. Renowned for its sandy beaches and popular harbour towns, like nearby Aberdovey, Cardigan Bay offers a great base from which to explore all areas of north Wales, and a variety of tourist attractions, including the steam railways of Reiddol and Tal-y-Llyn, Corris Craft, King Arthurs Labyrinth, Dolgoch Falls, Cregennan Lakes and Cader Idris, mountain biking in the nearby Coed-y-Brenin Forest, and all areas of Snowdonia are easily accessible. Beach ¼ mile. Shops, pubs and restaurants 50 yards.
