Beautifull cottage in idyllic position for getting out and about.

Beautifull cottage in idyllic position for getting out and about. Excellent village pub 10 minutes walk serving good quality food and beer. Cannot fault this property or location.

Ideally situated just 5 minutes drive from Tywyn. Alternatively take a ten minute walk to the Talyllyn Railway station at Rhydyronen and catch the steam train into town. Ideal location for hillwalking or touring Snowdonia. Facilities are exactly as described, and the property is well thought out. The property is pet friendly but be aware that walking with dogs in the local area, that this is sheep farming land and woofers need to be kept on their leads. The parking is a little tight getting onto the drive bit will accommodate a medium SUV. In summary, five stars all round :-)

Clever conversion of historic cottage in quiet village close to local attractions

The cottage was cleverly converted to a high standard, although the history means that some of the doors are low and narrow and the stairs are steep (no problem for us). Comfortable beds, spacious living and dining areas and well fitted kitchen. We did a couple of nice 5 mile walks straight from the house. Tywyn and Aberdyfi are a short car drive. Recommend Dolgoch Falls and Panorama Walk above Aberdyfi. Parking space is a bit tight, but I have small car - so again no problem for me.
