We got to the property at 5.30pm, shiwed them our reservation/confirmation email, only to be returned as apparently it was full booked (they have already accepted cash bookings), despite our online booking which was made hours earlier. That was a huge inconvenience on our side, and worse we had to go back and forth to finally get our refund.”
