「The property is beautiful, and the decorations for Noche de Ánimas were thoughtful. Although it wasn’t a pleasant stay. We were there for only one night - from the 29th to the 30th. I understand things happen; power cuts, amenity issues, etc, especially in a place that is overcrowded with tourists for only a few days a year. We didn’t have electricity or hot water from ~midnight to ~10am. The lady working there seemed annoyed that we were asking her for help. No “sorry” or any kind of...

「This proerty is located 15 min outside tzintzuntzan. Not the easiest to find , but what a find. Rustic, but yet with modern amenities. Pool,jacuzzi tub, bidet,air conditioning. Beds are huge, loaded with super soft sheets and pillows. Room is really nice with high ceilings. Bathroom was awesome. Great jacuzzi tub. 「El primer día que llegamos la habitación olía a humedad muy fuerte , el lavabo lo tenían cerrado de la parte de abajo por lo tanto no salía agua y es por qué tenían un tema de goteo la tasa igual tiraba agua y mojava todo el piso. Al día siguiente no hicieron la limpieza solo tendieron la cama, los baños todos sucios y mojado por todos lados y para mí sorpresa cuando llegue a la habitación estaba un murciélago volando y tarde como 15 m en sacarlo. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien...

「I only spent one night there, but I loved the grounds and the Spanish architecture with authentic wooden doors and windows. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. Because I was there only one night, me and my sister ended up having breakfast outside of the hotel, so we didn’t get to try the food. But I definitely would stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to others.」

「Me pareció una experiencia muy buena estar en un hotel con tanta historia y que preserva los muebles antiguos y la mayoría del mobiliario. Gracias a Dios el baño no es antiguo, pero el piso es de duela de madera qué rechina y cruje cada qué caminas, y que además hace que sea difícil mantener limpio por las grietas y huecos que se forman. La ropa de cama excelente y la ropa de uso de habitación y baño. Mala calidad de la señal de Internet.」
