"Trash cans had trash in them. Rest of the property was clean. Bed was comfortable. Wish they had evening snacks and bottled water in the rooms."

"Iron in my room was not working. No one was picking up the service desj, so I went downstairs and asked for a new one. Front desk said one is on the way. Nothing happened for next 30 minutes. Very poor service. "

"We had everything we needed for a great visit to Denton. It is very close to the UNT campus and the backyard is wonderful to relax and unwind. The house is full of unique art and special touches! This was our 2nd visit and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
