「Clean room, spacious enough and well located. Staff were outstanding . Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that is a spoiler is also an advantage. HOTEL is in the heart of Bujumbura where everything you need is at walking distance. However, this comes with bars and churches(noise).This could not stop you book these rooms as the pros outweigh the cons by a tonne . I strongly recommend Hotel Hibiscus for their service . 「Property looks nice from outside but the inside is not properly cared for. The curtains are misplaced. They are dusty. The bathroom is not fixed. The showers are not fixed. The dinner was terrible. I was served half rotten chicken and i still paid for it. 」
